Hi
We have a crowd licence that connects to a user group in our active directory.
Or 50 user limit was exceeded when someone was added to the group, and I keep seeing this error after reducing the numbers back to <50 in the AD group.
How do I fix this?
Please follow the instructions that you will find on this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/licensing-17956964.html
In a nutshell you just need to enter an evaluation license then reduce the number of users (you might need to force a synchronization with AD if you already removed users from AD) and recalculate your user total. Finally, replace the evaluation license with your own license.
We ran into the same issue, with a server hosted crowd.
Unfortunately now there are no evaluation-licenses anymore, is there another trick?
