I've gone to the Atlassian account and purchased an add-on (Advanced Tables) but I cannot find where it is available on my Confluence OnDemand. Please help.

The addon should appear enabled on your Add-ons section in Confluence Administration
For learning how to use it, on the Marketplace there is a link to this Documentation and there you'll also find User's Guides to help you get started.
