why does the confluence power up in trello not work

I have integrated confluence power up in my Trello board. It does not respond at all when I create the button " add a recent page" or " create a new page" 

Can you tell me how to fix it?

Hello @Bo Li and welcome to the Community!  I know this is an older question, but I was searching for the answer as well and came across your unanswered question.  I couldn't find the reasoning for this but I suspect it might be due to the free version.  Easy workaround (for linking an existing page) is simply to add via the Attachment button.  Unfortunately, I can't find a way to create a page directly from the Trello board though but you could create it and link it via the attachments.  HTH

Thanks for sharing this answer. I am having the same experience... and I too am on the free version of Trello (we pay for Confluence and Jira though). It is too bad that Atlassian won't make their products communicate with each other by default.
