where is the site import in my cloud installation?

I don't see the site import button in my confluence cloud  installation

Presumably you are using Confluence and JIRA together? In case, the process is unfortunately going to become a bit more tedious, see the resp. warning note at the end of the first paragraph:

Multiple cloud apps?

Note: Site import is only available for Confluence-only instances. If you have multiple applications, such as Confluence and JIRA, you'll need to export and import spaces individually. See Importing a Confluence Space.
