where is custom macro values stored in database

I created Custom Drag drop Macro, I give Yes or No Options that Drag drop macro,I selected Yes option but it can n't be Stored.

The options are stored in the content of the page you use the macro in.  Bodycontent is the table if I remember correctly, but that's not much use to you because the parameters are part of the page and the table stores the whole page.
