Hey pareshkumar,

The difference is pretty simple, the incremental syncronization will check if there's any changes like new user/groups/permissions and then sync. The full will sync everything again, regardless of the changes.

what option i have uncheck to make it full synechronization while configuring active directory.

Also does full synechornzation deletes groups from confulece table if those are deleted from AD.
