the data base team is done some changes in db then admin can access but the users are not able to login ?
may be syncranisation issue ...we are using ldap and crowd synk with jira
Your database team should not be touching the data in a confluence database, it breaks things.
My guess is that the "can log in" group has been broken. As an admin, have a look in global permissions to see who can use Confluence and then check the group has users in it.
