Hello - we have a problem with a table on this page - we cant update it:
if we click on the edit button we see a blank page rather than the table, although we have been able to do this recently. Please can you help?
Step-1 :- It is very important to ensure that both the access URL and server base URL of the instance are identical. A mismatch of Base URL and Access URL will result in users unable to edit any pages.
Go to Confluence Admin > General Configuration to check Confluence's Base URL
Step-2 :- Navigate to Confluence Administration > General Configuration > Collaborative Editing and click on "Restart Synchrony".
Afterward, try to create a new page or edit an existing one and see if the issue is resolved.
Thanks for the help @Bandarupalli Sai but i don't see the option Collaborative Editing and Restart Synchrony in General configuration in confluence.

You should be able to see the "Collaborative Editing" option under the General Configuration —> administration section.
If the collaborative Editing feature is turned on in your instance then you will be able to see the "Restart Synchrony" button right below it.
