unknown "recommendation" to unlimited users

we have one space working closely among 3 persons and we set "limited user permission" to access, view and edit. 

today, I edited the page, actually wrote 2 comments, and did not do anything. 

however, "reccomendation" was sent to all registered users.

i could not found a log or what I've done. could you please let me know the preventive action?
