We are currently running Confluence 7.13.0 in AWS. We recently moved our confluence server behind an AWS ALB to allow for WAF screening of the server. We've since been experiencing the attached popup on all pages for all users.
Despite numerous attempts to come up with a server.xml modification that makes this popup go away, we have not been successful.
We have tried some of the suggestions from similar threads in this discussion to no avail.
There's no attachment of the error message.
But my guess is your Tomcat hasn't been configured to tell it that you are behind a proxy/load-balancer. Have you put in the proxyName, proxyPort and Scheme? How is the load-balancer configured?
