Problem:
the Login ID was mistakenly changed to another or random account. The content update history was found to be updated by incorrect person.
I would like to ask if other customer has experienced the similar issue and how it can be resolved.

the issue was fixed,
no more user session hijack after disabling the apache mod_cache_disk
