hello community!
we have data center installation of Confluence, under kubernetes. installed using standard helm charts, nothing really customized, just put our parameters in it (like PVC, urls etc). tried different shared home configs (on S3 and on NFS, synchrony on s3/nfs or on usual RWO storageclass) - won't work as expected. any config option results in Synchrony blocking editing. when users press edit they just get a message that it takes too long and nothing happens. Once we switch Synchrony off - everything is ok. Doesn't matter whether we use clustering or not. nothing useful in community discussions or on internet google search.
please help! any logs necessary on request.
kind regards, Alex
please could you share errors on log file (atlassian-conflunce.log)? Without specific information about your issue we can't help you.
Fabio
Facing the same issue currently. Synchrony just won't work. Also the documentation does not really sate what storageClassName to use.
