synchrony doesn't work

when I update the confluence from 5.10.2 to 6.3.2 ,  I find the synchrony doesn't work  so I can't edit the page

the logs are as below:

Are you using confluence with a proxy?

running confluence 6.3.2 through atlassian sdk and having same issue
