subscribing Team Calendars for Confluence

I would like to use Outlook to subscribe to a team calendar on Confluence.  But it doesn't look like the Outlook can connect to Confluence to sync.  This is probably because our Confluence is in the company intranet, while outlook is on Outlook365.

Any way to work around this problem?

I am not 100% sure you can subscribe from Outlook 365. Per Subscribe to Team Calendars from Microsoft Outlook, "Subscribing to Team Calendars from Microsoft Outlook has been tested and works with Outlook 2010." If you have OWA you can use that, as described in the linked article.

The main obstacle in your description is your company's firewall. In order to allow Office 365 to pull info from Confluence up to the Office cloud, Confluence would need a port opened on the firewall, which is something your network team should be able to help with.
