Within a ticket in JSD I want to share a related article that doesn't exist in the Confluence space customers has view access to but in another Confluence space.
Searching in "Seacrh in knowledge base" doesn't give any result.
The article exists in the PLM internal admin guide space:
that have Restriction: Everyone can view.
I would like to share related articles that I know exist in others Confluence spaces.
Is this possible and how can I succeed this?
The first space customer can see is called PLM Help Users guide.
The article I want to share is located in another Confluence space called PLM Internal admin guide.
I changed the restriction for this space to Everyone can view because I thought it should solve my problem.
But I `mstill not able to share the aticle.
