Hey guys,

So I'm tracking different Jira tickets by categories on my confluence page. So I have a few Jira boards inserted into the page.

I want to have the possibility to search. However normal search doesn't recognize linked JIRA tickets (or words in the summary that I have displayed in the JIRA board).

What would you suggest to me for the search for this scenario^?

(I don't want to use Command=F)

Kindly,
Sia

Hi  @Sia.Shevchenko

As you said, jira issues used in the jira macro aren't indext by confluence, therefore they aren't shown in the confluence search.

Since you do not want to search with "Command-F", there is no way to search jira linked issues.

Regards, Dominic

Hi @Sia.Shevchenko ,

You may try additional apps to filter you Jira issues, for example, Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

Wrap you Jira Issues macro into the Table Filter macro and set the required filters: free text to search inside the Summary column, dropdown for assignees, global filter to search the whole table, etc.

Hope this may help your case.
