"Unable to access your account?" rewording


I have lots of users asking me to reset their password whereas they can do this themselves by clicking on "Unable to access your account?" in the log in screen (Confluence Cloud).

Would it be possible to rewrite this sentence so that it can be more explicit like "Username or password forgotten?". I can't customize this login screen myself.
