"NOT SUITABLE" ? ... unable to add an eval license for InPlace Editor

We have InPlace Editor (Stiltsoft) V2.4.2 installed ... now just trying to add the eval license ... but it returns "NOT SUITABLE" in the license state field. What is the cause for this ?

I generated the eval license using our Server ID B3HQ-9UIK-KA0F-ODO5 ... saved/uploaded it using the appropriate form (admin/plugins/cipe/savelicense.action ) .. so not clear why it should respond with "License state: NOT SUITABLE"

FYI We're running Confluence 4.3.3 ... and the information on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/confluence.extra.cipe/version/61 clearly states that InPlace Editor V2.4.2 is supported on Confluence 4.2 - 4.3.7
