"Help Tips" box obscures main screen body

The dynamic Help Tips box that floats near the RH side of the screen for Administrators (at least) covers active and useful parts of the screen if you don't have a very wide screen/window.

This is a real pain, particularly if you Remote Desktop to instances where you can't stretch your window at will.
