"Couldn't get ServletActionContext request" - Macro "Table Excerpt Include"

Hi,
We need your support to check an issue in a report that was working fine until Friday May 24th.
The report works in the following way:

The report has a Macro “Table Excerpt” and the result inside the macro does not show any error, but when you invoke the result using the macro “Table Excerpt Include” in the same page you will see the following error for some fields: "Error occurred while rendering report: Couldn't get ServletActionContext request"

This error is now shown in different pages using the result of the first macro.
Again this was working properly on Friday so need to know what changed or what needs to be done in this case.

The Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros are provided by the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app. 

So, please refer to our support portal for further investigation.

Please attach the page storage of your page (upper right corner of the page -> menu ... -> View storage format), if you don't see the option, please ask your Confluence administrator to do it for you.

And you may also reproduce the issue (check the macros and publish the page once more), record a HAR-file and also attach it to the ticket.
