profile picture not showing

After changing form on demand to doqnload confluence the profil pictures aren tshown any more in firefox and safari. A box apears with a red cross, the link to the server isn t working.

How do I fix this. Is this a confluence bug?

Another possible solution to your issue would be to perform a reindex from scratch. I am including a link to the document below. Basically you want to stop Confluence and remove the <confluence_home>/index folder. After restarting Confluence vist the Confluence Admin > Content Indexing tab. Click build on both of the items you see there.

If this remediation does not work, please contact Atlassian Support as Alex suggests. We will ask for a support zip from your instance. That will contain an in depth series of logs that will assist in the troubleshooting process.

That could be because Confluence cannot find the attachments. Did you migrated the attachments already? Are other attachments working?

Theother attchments war working. The profile picture are visible in all updates, only on the sites there appeares a question mark. If you move the curser to the question mark you can see the profile picture. If you click on the question mark an error message appeares: no connection to the server possible. We installed confluence on a virtual server.
