ondemand performance

I work in a small starting company and we have opted to use atlassian ondemand because we don't really want a server infrastructre (yet).

Now we are working on a ondemand instance for several months and the performance is really terrible. I have found some questions about people asking questions around this topic but they were a bit dated. Is there already a european hosting for the ondemand instances?

Hello Jelle!

Unfortunately there's no servers in Europe. Ondemand instances are hosted in Ashburn, Virginia (USA).
If you are having performance issues, you should definitely contact the Support so they can look if there's something wrong with your instance.
