not able to reset Confluence password

Getting below error when I reset the password

Cause

Kindly provide the details regarding how to give permission in Microsoft AD to change the password from confluence.

Looks like the LDAP account you have set up for directory maintanance doesn't have rights to change the password for the user it is trying to change.
