no issues found

This is the view of one of our Confluence users. Where it says No issues found, there is supposed to be a table of issues as inserted by the JIRA macro. Other users can see the list as expected. What might be preventing one user from seeing the list?

This is looking like it may be a combination of mobile device plus not being authenticated against Jira. When tried in a desktop browser, it was necessary to login to JIRA to get the table to display the issues.

Andy, a few things crossed my mind that you may want to check:

  • Is there a known glitch for this? Are other users able to see the macro correctly on iPads or iOS devices?
    • (I've come across several open issues with Atlassian for items improperly displaying on the iPad.)
    • Are the mobile devices all running the same iOS version?
    • Are all users using the same browser?
  • Does the confluence log show anything for this page / user?
  • Are there any JIRA permission differences for this user as opposed to those who can see the issues displayed in the macro?
