new Confluence server install with data restored from cloud system export - user to logon?

Hi I'm new to Confluence so bear with me! I've just installed the server based version of the software and have restored an export taken from our cloud system. All good so far, but how do I log on? The users from the cloud system don't work and I haven;t had the opportunity anywhere to define new users for the server system?

 

Any help would be appreciated!
