.mov on Firefox

How do I give firefox permissions to view .mov files in Confluence? On Chrome, IE, and Safari, I get the banner asking if I want to give the site permissions to quick time to view. However, i don't get anything on FF and am trying to explain to our users. Thanks for any advice.

Hi Karie,

This is a Firefox issue, as you can check here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/957176apparently one solution to this issue is to create a new Firefox Profile.
