Hi,
I initiated the on demand confluence instance and have been managing/admininstering it for our company.
I cannot access/modify the default System Administrator account and I need to do this b/c I need access to be in the confluence-administrators and system-administrator groups in order to install plugins and do other advance functionality.
I thought this would be my account MattO, but there seems to be another default account created that has access, or at least I don't have the access.
Please advise on how to recover or gain access,
Matt
The system administrator and confluence administrator groups in OnDemand are reserved for the Atlassian maintenance user. The options you are looking to access are likely part of the restricted functions (here) in OnDemand. Additionally, there is more information about the plugin policy (here).
This community is celebrating its one-year anniversary and Atlassian co-founder Mike Cannon-Brookes has all the feels.
