Is there a way to loop pictures in Confluence spaces or pages?

You mean a slideshow? You'd need a plugin for that.

You could also create an animated GIF, but Confluence doesn't support them for security reasons, BUT, you can host the GIF elsewhere and use Insert --> Files and images --> Images from the web.
