How do I like an image to a different page?

I would like to insert a image and then link it to another page

When inserting the image, click Link, and then either select "Search" on the left side of the insert dialog or "Web Link" if you want the link to go outside of Confluence.

If the image is already in the page, edit the page and click on the image. Then click Link.
