You can simply login to https://my.atlassian.com with either the technical contact or the billing contact credentials set for this SEN number. Either account will have the ability to retrieve the license key.
If you are neither the billing or technical contact here, could you please let me know the SEN number? Perhaps I can lookup who within your organization we might need to reach out to in order to get you in touch with the correct person.
