is there any way to use single confluence instance for multiple domains?

No.  It works on one base url and that's it.

You can set up proxies and rewrites in web-servers to make it look like it is available on multiple domains, but they won't work fully, and anyone using them will quickly find themselves reverting to using the base-url links.
