is there a way to know which spaces are being used?

Kim Lennon September 22, 2015

I am looking for a way to do some clean up easily - is there a way (Confluence 5.8) that allows me to see when a space was last updated?

Cheers,

Kim

Hi Kim,

You can use the Recently Updated Macro for that. Please see the macro functionality here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/recently-updated-macro-139519.html

You can also use the Archiving Plugin to get a report like this: http://www.midori-global.com/images/products/carch/content-quality-statistics.png

It shows the pages not updated in a space, and the page not viewed in a space. Combining these gives you a more precise feel about the quality of the content in a space, than looking at the last update date simply.
