my company was not able to pay the subscription for a few months. Now we want to reactivate the subscription and recover the information but apparently, it has been deleted.
It makes no sense while Atlassian is supposed to have ISO 27001 and that means they need to store the backup for 5 years.
do you have any idea if there is any way Atlassian can recover that info?

the problem is that we have contacted attlassian and they say that they have deleted the information and they cannot restore it even if we restore the account.
as they are supposed to keep a backup for everything, I was wondering if someone has been in the same situation and have been able to recover it through any department from Atlassian
