is it possible to limit a plugin to a subset of space(s)?

If I am using a plugin, but I don't want i to be interacting on all spaces, but only one, is there a way to restrict the plugin to one space?

No, plugins are installed globally.

Some contain limiting code that can restrict them to working on chosen spaces, but that's a function of the add-on.
