impossible to create a page content

Hello,

When we try to edit a new page we got this popup :

"This page is taking longer to load than usual. Give it a few moments, then try refreshing. Still having issues? Contact your Confluence admin."

I don't see anything specific in the logs. thanks

I understand everything is working now.

The error you are reporting is associated with Collaborative editing, introduced in Confluence 6.x. If the issue comes up again, this guide may help you isolate or eliminate it:

Hi,

Could you let us know the version of Confluence you are using, and if you're running behind a proxy or firewall?

Does this occurr with all pages, or only certain pages (in one space, maybe?)

You could also generate a HAR file while running the request, and it will help to understand what might be taking so long.

yes there is a proxy & a firewall.

well when I try to generate the HAR file, it has been working (probably an issue with the cache or something following the last upgrade
