What error was showing in the UI and what error in the logs?

This widget could not be displayed.

Can you please specify your question? What kind of import are you performing? Is there any errors appearing?

If not, I'd suggest you to contact the Cloud Support to further check what can be causing this, since they have access to your log files and can see something related there.
