There are a lot of notification from the confluence. I want to turn off all notification except when someone mentions @My Name.
In a nutshell want to get a notification only when someone mentions my name by @

As I understand, you want to reduce all your notifications to mentions only. When you said notification, I assume that you meant notifications in the application itself (under the bell icon).
While we can not stop notifications from when someone shares content with you, you can severely reduce the quantity of notifications by stop watching pages and blogs. According to our documentation, these are the conditions that trigger a notification:
- Shares a page or blog post with you
- Mentions you in a page, blog post, comment or task
- Comments on a page or blog post that you're watching
- Likes a page or blog post that you're watching
