i have a documnet uploaded to confluenec page and i have 5 people who have access to it. can the documnet be opened at same time by everyone and update info and saved sametime?

but when we did that it wasnt saving all the inputs from users, do you advise of any settings to make or should it be updated usually.

Also, is there an option to track changes made (from any macros or any). thanks in advance.

If you press "save" then your inputs will be saved and a new version from the document will be created.

If you do not press "save" then the changes will remain saved only in user's draft files

Of course. It will create a new version each time somebody saves the page and there will be a warning message saying that somebody else is currently editing the page.

we dont seem to get any such warning message and not all inputs are recorded form users.

any suggestions?
