Can you please update the affected users on

This has been ongoing for some time now and there appears to be no resolution in sight and little input from your service desk.

Most people here are end-users, like yourself.  We're not Atlassians.   There are some here, of course, but this is a place for questions and help, not nagging Atlassian to do something.  If you're lucky, an Atlassian might see this and chase an update, but don't rely on it.  You're better off asking on the issue.
