First I get this:
basproducts.atlassian.net redirected you too many times.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
Then I get this:
It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.
If you continue to see this error, raise a support request

This happens in both Chrome and Edge.

I was able to load up the site all the way up to the log on screen. If you are still having issues, I would suggest opening up a ticket with support.

The site refused to let me open a ticket. Posting here was all it offered.
I inquired internally, via Teams, and they fixed my access.
