http redirect not working

Has been running Confluence with a working port 80 to 444 redirect (tomcat) and for a month ago it suddenly stopped working. HTTPS and HTTP works but HTTP is not redirecting to HTTPS.

<Service name="Tomcat-Standalone">
<Connector port="80" connectionTimeout="20000" redirectPort="443"
maxThreads="48" minSpareThreads="10"
enableLookups="false" acceptCount="10" debug="0" URIEncoding="UTF-8" />

<Connector port="443" maxHttpHeaderSize="8192"
maxThreads="150" minSpareThreads="25"
enableLookups="false" disableUploadTimeout="true"
acceptCount="100" scheme="https" secure="true"
clientAuth="false" sslProtocols="TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2" sslEnabledProtocols="TLSv1,TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2" SSLEnabled="true"
URIEncoding="UTF-8" keystorePass="xxxxxxxxxxx" keystoreFile="E:\keystore\xxxxxxx.jks"/>

We have not done any changes in the conf. Both our Jira and confluence stopped redirect I guess at the same time. But I rand that Jira config tool in the bin directory and change the Nio protocoll back and it start to work again.

Can it been some windows updates that fucked this up? I don't know right now what to do to make redirect work again with the wiki/Confluence.
