I saw that on cloud verion, I can use "html comment" macro, but on my local version, 6.2.3, it does not have. I already enabled all html macro but didn't help.

HTML comment is provided by the Adaptavist Content Formatting Macros, which is curiously still installed in Confluence Cloud.

You can add your own "HTML Comment" macro through the User Macros functionality that is in Confluence Server instead.

Thank you, it helps a lot.
