how to use Content Formatting macros in Confluence

It's pretty much the same as you'd use any other macro - select "insert macro" from the page editing menu, or use a { and use the menu that triggers to find the one you want, then fill in the data you want to format, and the parameters and save it.

There's a list of the available macros, what they do and how to use them at http://www.adaptavist.com/doco/display/CFP/Content+Formatting+Macros+Plugin
