how to see/show all documents in a space?

I uploaded some files our team needs, e.g. a jar file, to a page in a confluence wiki.

I cant remember which page I uploaded it to.

Is there any way to find it?

If we want to use confluence as a basic document store. To do this we would need to:

1. be able to search for documents
2. user to be able to get a list of documents.
3. be able to link to documents which are in other pages, easily.
4. be able to organise documents in a thearchy independent of pages.
5. Not require additional plugins/costs

Is any of this possible?

@shobConfluence is not designed as a document store.  That means you can' resolve your requirements with Confluence alone.
