I would like to add the below widgets to a dashboard to be live and show data in a simple format - I have reviewed the widgets available direct in JIRA and none are working - I need to figure out how to create a filter and what widget to then use to show the data.
- Total Breached calls (at present open) - shown in just a red number
- Total calls within SLA (at present open) - shown in just a green number
- New calls this week/ + month - number format
- Closed calls this week / + month - number format
- Total outstanding - Number format
- Total first time fixes (tickets closed within 10mins of being logged)
