how to create a techincal sds document in the trial confluence version



can you help in creating sds for trail version  of confluence

You haven't defined what a "technical sds" document is.  So all we can really tell you is "go ahead and write a page or set of pages for it".  The trial is no different to a production install, and anything you enter will be retained after you buy a licence.


This is how I would set up Safety Data Sheets. If you are talking about something else referred to as SDSes, chances it will be similar.

  1. Create a space called Safety Data Sheets
  2. Create a page for each section that will be same, e.g.
    a. First-aid measures
    b. Handling and storage
    c. Toxicological information
  3. Create a template that incorporates the layout of text and tables and uses Page Include macros pointing to the repeated information in step 2 previously
  4. Modify the PDF Stylesheet to add logo, company info, copyright, etc. when the page is exported to PDF
