how to access the cloud app outside the server

Hi,
We are on evaluation process for confluence Cloud app. We install the app on server and it is working fine in server ( using base URL), but outside the Server I am not able to access the App.
Can you please help this, by providing any suggestion how to access the app outside from server.

This is usually down to networking.  Your network is not allowing external access to Confluence

You need to check that the server name resolves correctly, your other machines can get to it over the network, and that if it is running a firewall, that it is configured to allow access.

It's difficult to say where the problem is without a description of the base url and the errors the client is reporting.
