how do I change the default landing page for an anonymous user?

When an anonymous user goes to the url

I want them to land on the Overview page of one of our spaces. The space I named "publicwiki"

I found how to change the landing page for users logging in, but it doesn't seem to affect anonymous users.

Ah, the problem was that the site landing page I specified was not viewable by anonymous so the site defaulted, I guess, to the page:
