getting a blank page for confluence

I am trying to look at a page in my space through the help center. The page is displaying a blank content. What do I do?

Can you share a screenshot and more details about the issue? Do you get any error messages such as the page couldn't be found (it's possible you don't have permission to view it).

 

On the service desk portal, I have added a link to one of the spaces covering the knowledge base. The confluence link work but the quick view does not display anything as per the screenshot below
