getting a blank page for confluence

I am trying to look at a page in my space through the help center. The page is displaying a blank content. What do I do?

On the service desk portal, I have added a link to one of the spaces covering the knowledge base. The confluence link work bu the quick view does not display anything as per the screenshot below

Can you share a screenshot and more details about the issue? Do you get any error messages such as the page couldn't be found (it's possible you don't have permission to view it).
