getThumbnailsFolder Containing folders for the attachment could not be created

In my confluence sysytem ,there is a serious problem。 every day，There are a lot of Exception in backstage,and the error all are the same.

The log said，"getThumbnailsFolder Containing folders /data/home/data32/thumbnails/104628363 for the attachment 123.png could not be created  ." "java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Thumbnail file for attachment 1.jpg is '/home/admin/data/home/data32/thumbnails/102098990/thumb_1.jpg'. But this file does not exist."

It's likely that the permissions on the  attachment directories are wrong.  Check that they have the correct owners and permissions throughout.
